Kawada Industries, Inc., was established on
2nd May 1922. Since its inception
into the business world, Kawada Industries
has grown into Japan's leading steel
fabricator and subsequently it is sought out for numerous major
projects,
both domestic and foreign based. Behind
Kawada Industries' success
lies the single
goal of originating and carrying out
the development of new ideas and philosophies.
This tradition of innovation and creativity
has proven invaluable in setting high standards
for every Kawada Industry project to
follow. This philosophy of innovation
has led Kawada Industries to construct buildings and
bridges of unparalleled sizes and shapes
anywhere else in the world. By entering
the Guinness Book of World Records with the largest
statue in the world (120-m) and by constructing
both the longest suspension bridge in
the world (long span - 1990-m) and the tallest
building in Japan (296-m), it becomes
obvious that Kawada Industries' developments
quickly become the standard for the industry.
The core of Kawada Industries encompasses
three pillars:
|
 |
| 1. |
Bridge construction |
| 2. |
Steel structure construction |
| 3. |
Architecture
|
|
|
Within this nucleus, completed projects constitute a variety of tastes and designs, unmistakably "Kawada". Outside of this nucleus, Kawada Industries' diversified operations also branch out into aircraft and advanced electro-mechanical control systems research and development and pre-engineered metal building construction.
Kawada's success is due to: its willingness to innovate and strategically diversify; its commitment to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction; and a highly skilled and motivated staff dedicated to achieving company objectives before personal goals through a team-work approach. The lessons learned at Kawada Industries serve as a benchmark for businesses aspiring to succeed in the new global economy. |
