Particulars
Due to extreme site constraints, the three bridges in parallel were erected by launching and side shifting approximately 5,500t bridge sections (2/3 of bridge length). For safety and erection efficiency reasons, permanent steel formwork was employed underneath where the concrete slabs were to be cast. |
